Are You A 'Snooze Button' Junkie?

One of our readers sent in a demand... "How do I get up early each morning without striking the button?"

When reading this demand because I will quickly relate with this problem, I chuckled. I admit I also am a 'snooze button' junkie! I thought by adding my alarm clock over the area, I had made a solution to this issue. My reasoning was that once I had been up, I'dn't wish to return to bed...WRONG! I struck the rest button jump up and gleefully jump right-back in to my wonderful cozy bed. And, I will do it more than once! I understand it's really a crazy pattern. Oh, and the way, my time ready 15minutes in front of the real amount of time in addition!

I decided that when the viewer and that I both are struggling with this problem, then you'll find different 'sleep button' fans in our community.

All of us realize that this can be a pattern and routines can be changed - IF we choose to take action. It requires 21 times to improve a behavior. Just do we have a behavior from frustrating, interfering, or uncomfortable into really creating a new habit for ourselves? Don't you feel much better if you make the decision to improve and really do it?
